Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
1. Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, oils)
- Custom or personalized items
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments)

Return Process
1. Contact our customer support team at admin@magicktheka.com to initiate a return.
2. Provide the order number, item(s) being returned, and the reason for the return.
3. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds
1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, using the original payment method.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@magicktheka.com.

Shipping Costs
1. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items unless otherwise agreed.
2. If the item is being returned due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
